How about the muti-million dollar municipal bond default for the WPPSS
nuclear plants that never have, never will produce a milliwatt of
electricity?  or the Trojan plant that PGE shut down, years before the
plant was fully depreciated?  so no, we don't glow from them, but our
pocketbooks are all a bit lighter :{
