Wrecked S4 update...

Last Thursday, I called the guy whose wrecked S4 I was scheming to buy and
learned that his insurer's going to repair it instead of totalling it.  He
said the quote was $13,800 and they figure book value's between $25-26k so
they refused to total it despite the fact there was damage to the roof.
He's thinking about selling it and I told him that if he got me the VIN and
some other info, I would post a message here for him ... naturally, I didn't
tell him the message would be to avoid this car at all costs!  ;^)
