Anti-theft Module

Hi all,

According to the sticker on the B pillar, I'm supposed to have a factory
installed anti-theft feature built in.  There's a red led mounted dead
center in the right hand switch console blanking plate that doesn't do
anything, and the owner's/Bentley manual both refer to the anti-theft
feature.  The horn's supposed to blip once after 30 sec. once the key's
removed.  So where's the module located so I can add it to my list of
things to fix!
