a) Check wastegate diaphragm by seeing if the top chamber will hold pressure

b) Pull turbo --> intercooler hose and check for metal filings.  NOW.  Loss
   of the impellor securing nut caused this behaviour in my car.

d) Check brown wires grounding engine block to ECU and dashboard.  
 
Is the fuel metering head original?
