A6QW under minor repair

After a 2-month ownership (and 4000 miles) I took yesterday
my A6 QW for a minor repair to the dealer. The warning sound
if I let the lights on does not sounds anymore. First it was
OK, than it changed the tone from the high "beeeeeep" to the
low "buuuuuuuuuzzzzz". Later, it just "died". Me (and the
dealer) consider this just an annoying minor "bug", but I
was asked to leave the car at the dealership and they wrote
me a vaucher for a (free) rental car.
(It turned out, an IC went off and the new part had to be ordered).

Wolfgang (a guy from Germany, the assistant service mgr. from
Audi Behel) authorised me to stay on the rental car until
the exchange part will arrive.

At the rental office (Enterprise) I presented the vaucher
I got from Audi Behel. They asked me, what car I drive. I
told them and asked not to put me on the Ford "Expire" or
similar crap. After short consulting they upgraded me
(for free!) on Chrysler LHS, hardly a "subcompact" car.

So, after getting familiar with Japanese/Australian
luxury (my wife's Mitsu Diamante) and German luxury (A6 QW)
I am on the "American Way of luxury" now - Chrysler LHS.

Well - I really appeciate Audi Behel's and Enterprise service
(and the fact, Audi A6 QW was "good enough" to put me on the
best car Enterprise had). But I am looking forward to get my
A6 back. Sadly (for Detroit), it is a MUCH better car, than
LHS!!!
LHS was made with all good intentions - and it has to be
appreciated. But it is like getting the best ingredients,
mixing them with so-so taste together and the dish is not
what we expected looking at the ingredients.

No, the car I will replace "Diamante" if it will be the
time won't bemade in Detroit. An other set of "four rings"
has much better chances.
