In US 200 always refers to Turbo, but not necessarily to Quattro

This often indicates that someone played with the odometer, but I'm not
sure if it applies to the electronic speedos used in 200s (anyone can

Hydraulic system is a problem in general on these cars

Check if the oil lines ( 2 at the turbo, 2 at the oil cooler ) are in
good shape
