Seems like a rash of full throttle switches are going out
this summer.  I don't think you have a bad knock sensor.
Another interpretation of that fault code is that the
engine is knocking and the alorithm that retards timing
is not successful in stopping the knock.  that would be
becuase of your full throttle switch and leaning out at
high boost.  Fix the others first, then recheck you codes.
