I know of one --  James Bond, "The Living Daylights".  Early in the film, a
nice grey "91 200TQ is used as a getaway car by Bond.  Shortly thereafter he
is in another grey Audi (I think a 100).  I always wonder if they expected
us to think it was the same car.  There may be others in the film, but who
would notice after the blond cellist is introduced.
