duplicate mail problem

coimbra seems to be spewing out a bunch of repeats, though I've
cleared the queue several times and even tried a different version
of sendmail.  I'm going to sleep on it and see if anything comes to
me, meanwhile, sorry for the extra bandwidth and cost for you UKers.
