Thanks Rich,  I did get a copy of your note,
and would be happy to discuss the "VT change"
with you.  Maybe right here and now is a good idea.

In a nutshell, we are not increasing to a new VT level,
we are just changing the timing when we use one versus
the other.  We will get about an extra month at VT4, instead
of VT3.  We will still be using a combination of VT2 through VT4.
I suspect their will be a gradual movement to higher VT's over the
mission, but we are not yet ready to go to VT5 as we don't need it.
I share your concern about reducing overcharge, but we have VERY little
off that, and we seem to have to divergence in cells, caused by
running down in SOC.  We are going to try this and see if it helps.
If not, we will go back to the old way.

The specific change is to move the VT3/VT4 switch point from 28 minute
occultations to 24 minute occultations.   Pretty minor really.
