Yup.  You can go to a VW dealership and get the stick-on one from a Passat.
 Pretty cool little gizmo, actually.  It folds up out of the way when you
don't need it, and it holds narrow and wide containers equally well (ever
try to get a Snapple bottle into a cup holder?  This guy will take it with
aplomb.).  You can order them from most of the VW tuner places (New
Dimensions, APS, etc.).  

Much better, IMO, than ramming the cup between the brake handle and the
passenger seat.
