On the urq's the postion of the full throttle switch and the accelerator
cable tension should be adjusted.  My full throttle switch did not engage
because it was out of adjustment (placement relative to throttle body) and
my cable had some slack in it.

Fixed that in 10 minutes this weekend...  Hey!  Where did all that power
come from!  This car is transformed!
