The question rasied is whats the diff between
4wd and production GT in scca pro rally.  The
first is often refered to as open class, because
pretty much anything goes.  The rule book encourages
creativity, such as 370 hp 4wd turbo hyundia's.  Seen
one of those in a showroom near you?  Didn't think so.
The production gt class is a class for mostly newer,
4wd turbo cars without radical modifications.  You can
do some minor upgrading, but it is not a open class
by any means.  More like showroom stock racing, with a
few needed bits added to take the rough stuff.  Hope
that's not too simple.
