Of course someone knows.

They all do.  The original 1980/1 cars had 30 sq mm (black) becoming 25 sq mm 
(black) and 10 sq mm (red).  The 1991 20V has 35 sq mm becoming 25 sq mm and 6 
sq mm.

The splices are listed separately in the factory diagrams.  Check the items 
listed under "Leitungsschweisspunkte" as "im Leitungstrang".  There are 15 
splices in a 20V's basic loom, and a few more in some of the accessory looms.
