Lister's '85 UrQ in Reno?

Last night around 6:00 PM, I saw a beautiful white '85 UrQ pull into the
parking lot across the street from the Audi dealer on Virginia street.
The car appeared to have gray interior and had the blacked out tail
lights.  The headlights were the conventional US style 4-headlight
arrangement, and the wheels were white 8" Ronals. The car has California
plates.  Is this a lister or does anybody know who's car this is?
