My guess...
Take a paper towel and fold it a couple of times...
Dab some (silicone?) grease on it...
Insert the paper towel between the steering wheel and column (may be
tight squeeze)...
Attempt to rub grease all around this area, from every side...
Drive around, turning wheel L & R....
(Hopefully) Squeel gone....
Common problem with metal horn ring touching the metal column lead,
with inadequate lubrication. Do not force the issue, ie do not bend
this lead on the column area. If this happens you'll have to remove
wheel and this is not such an easy task with your AIRBAG! This is why
I recommend using something soft, like the PT to dab the grease.
