 IN the transmission (front differential) AUDI recomends a lubricant
called GL-50, available at your AUDI dealership. However this lubricant
is very expensive,approx $35 per liter. In the rear diff an 80w-90
lubricant of at least gl-4 spec is ok. I use Mobil 1 in both and have
had no problems and my 4kcsq has 177k miles.
