hand signal for listers

Perhaps Q-listers should consider a different salute.  I once read a
book called "The House of God" about Medical Doctor training.  In this
book was described the "Q sign". 
   When a patient is unconscious but salvagable they often sleep with
their mouth open.  This is the "O sign".  When the are unconscious and
beyond hope the tongue hangs out of the mouth to one side.  This is the
"Q sign".  It would be a sign of true respect of course to share this
intimate and base guesture.  Only true Q-listers would know.
