As non-q 100 owner, am unable to comply with hand signal.  Bit tounge
off after paying last repair bill and don't even want to think about the
4kq's upcoming bill.  

Suggest alternative that we all just wave empty wallets out window or
bumper sticker with :"Q-List driver carries NO CASH". (apology to those
listers that are more well-healed).
