ur-q is short for ur-quattro ('ur' is german for original). hence original quattro, or the first quattro thingy that audi produced. showcased at the geneva motor show in 1980 and produced in fairly limited numbers until march 1991 with 3 major revisions (10v manual diffs, 10v torsen diff, 20v torsen). used as the basis of audi's group 'b' rally endeavours in the years 1981-85.
also known as the tqc (turbo quattro coupe).
