S2 badging and reading error codes

On the Jetronic systems, it runs all the time but the memory is erased when the 
ignition is turned off.  These systems use a fuseholder in the top of the fuel 
pump relay to dump the codes.

On Motronic systems, it also runs all the time but is non-volatile - codes are 
retained across the ignition being switched off.  These systems have diagnostic 
connectors in the left footwell.
