You need to do a test on the bomb.  Run the car, then
shut it off and pump the brake hard repeatedly.  It should
not loose boost assist (get stiff) unitil about 20 pumps.
If you only get a (none / few / ten), you have a bad bomb.
Replace it.  The 7 series BMW's used the same part. ($125)

The other problem could be fuel feed or vacuum, hard to say.
I would see if the idle justment screw has any effect.  If not
you have a vacuum leak, then fix that and move on....
