83 was last year in US, 82 in Europe

H says this is a turbo car. C says the engine is 2.2l 130hp turbo. B on
the 10th position confirms this is an 81 model. I remember someone on
the list mentioned these early turbo 5Ks did not have an intercooler.
But maybe it is not applicable to all models. Find the engine number on
the block. Two first letters is engine code.
