In order to use the 5 lug hubs and brakes from a turbo car, you would have
to replace your strut housings (to get the 75mm OD WB), Change your drive
axles to those used on the qtc (if they will fit).  For the rear, I have no
Idea with the beam axle and drum setup.

Similar issues on a 4kq though the parts bin is a little kinder here.
