I have done just that on my '91 90. I bought the idle switch and wide   
open throttle switches , since they come together, for AUD$10 plus my old   
switches from local wrecking yard. This did not require any soldering,   
just a straight swap. I had to remove the rubber boot off the throttle   
body to get proper access to the area of the idle switch. You must pay   
attention on the exact position of the switch. If you need more detailed
