Well let's see.  Went to www.speakeasy.org, to the "contact" part.  The
address of speakeasy is in Seattle, Washington (USA).  Of course you
can't really go on that, but it makes it safe to assume that he lives in
the US.
Next look at the area code in his origional post, 425.  Of course I
don't have this sort of thing memorized, but if you go to
http://www.itools.com/research-it , you can find a handy index of US
area codes.  (BTW this site is useful for those outside the US as
well).  This shows his area code as being northern Washington state.
