Well, if they were $75.00, I would have had them done a LONG time ago... but they are not. They are outrageously expensive... at least $175.00 apiece, if not over $200.00 apiece, from what I can remember when I last priced them...and I need TWO of them in my V-6. In my original post, I asked for sources of where to get them cheap? Your suggestion? Where do you get them for $75.00? And that price is for the V-6 also?

Believe me... I am not being a "cheap" b*stard on this one. I asked my mechanic about them a while ago... and he said to wait... that it is not necessarily true that you need to replace them at a certain mileage. He suggested to keep my $$$ until I really need to replace them. Well, I guess it is that time.. so I'll go have them done. (And no flames please about finding another mechanic... this guy is very good... and how many mechanics do you know that actually try to save you money?)

I now look forward to how well the car will run once these are done!! Yee-haw!!!

Take care. Thanks for the feedback.
