Proportioning rear brakes--part2

My original post of a few days ago:
<<Is there any way to increase the proportion of braking that is applied to
the
rear on an 87 5kscTQ?>>

Many thanks to the respondants to the above which dealt with increasing the
rear proportion, greater than the original design, or recommending against
it. I should have elaborated further. Let me explain why I pose this
question. I believe the amount of "braking" being applied to the rear of this
old gal is now less than it should be. Calipers have been replaced in past
40k miles and appear to work well, but there is very little wear on the
rotors, hence my concern. So, to restate my question:

Is there a component that would cause a reduction (below original design) of
hyd pressure to the rear brakes?
