I believe that would be only from a V8Q.  My 91 200qw has the same
switch.  I don't understand the problem anyway.  The rear diff unlocks by
itself over 15mph.  I guess I'm missing the point...  Not the first time.

Here's a thought, for the CQ, at least. Replace the rear diff with a
TORSEN one from a V8q or '91 200q. Same 4.11 ratio, rumored to fit, no
more need for that pesky switch at all. Then replace the plastic piece
under the e-brake lever that holds the switch with one out of a FWD 90,
same piece sans hole for switch. OEM effect. HTH.
