That's the order in which you should tackle them. Forget 2222 for now - you
won't sleep anyway.

On your car, it should be mounted on the intercooler. Uniquely (I
think, but others may know better) this is a soldered joint. Not only
are the wires soldered into the shoes, but the shoes are soldered to the
sensor's terminals. This solder often wicks back up the wire, making
it brittle. It's easy to snap off one of the sensor wires if you're a
bit clumsy pulling the air filter in and out.

Pull the rubber boot off the sensor, and slide it and the yellow
sleeving back up the wires. Clamp the covers out of the way with a
brake clamp. Ten gets you one a wire is broken.

Desolder the sensor using a desoldering pump and (I use) a butane
soldering iron from Radio Shack or similar. Clean the ends of the
wires as best you can - there's usually a surprising amount of oil
around. While the sensor is disconnected, check its resistance - it
should be between 400 and 700 ohms. Mine is 475. Once everything is
cleaned up, solder it all back together. If you want to replace the
shoes, standard 3mm ones for audio speakers work fine if opened up a
bit.

Reassemble and test.

2321 is a puzzle. 2222 is probably spurious.

When you installed the stronger spring, did you also move the wastegate
frequency valve's 'high pressure' supply up from the un-throttled boost
to the throttled boost?
