Actually, here in Tennessee, Bart would be facing a DUI charge.  A similar
scenario happened to a friend of mine several years ago.  He was a _sober_
passenger in his own car with an intoxicated driver.  He lost his license for a
year, spent a weekend in the pokey, and had a toilet plunger shoved up his... 
Ooops!  Wrong memory.  My synapses are acting up again.  YMMV, depending
upon local laws.
