88 90q Computer hummmmm?

Oh my god I hope that mannual get here soon    ARGGGGGGGGHHHH
 car was hard starting this morning...........went to get coffee.......
jump to leave ~35minutes  no start...... no problem..hear the fuel
pump..jump start..........took it for a 20minuite drive ..charging
drive.........park the car .........two hours
later........notda............go throught the puter check...everything
...OK......second time the puter goes to battery and chimes a whistle(or
something) .......hummmm.......I try the key in start lights come on,
then about 3secs later the light get very bright........go through the
check system ..nothing about the battery...............battery have 12v
havent checked the cold crank power might be that.......but Im lost.....
