in a recent review of the '98 passat coming to America:
"On the other hand, the Passat's power windows (standard equipment) feature
something most cars don't: one-touch express down on all four doors, and
one-touch up on the fronts.

The system includes an anti-pinch provision; -- the window backs down a bit
if the glass encounters something solid -- an errant finger or two, for
example -- on the way up."

Any thoughts on whether this is just relays, or something more advanced?
