Re: cooling fan run-on after shutoff - C-GT
Dear Ken,
I had a 1986 4kcsq that would do that constantly during the summer months.
Never caused a problem, however there was a time where the fan continued to
run when I turned the ignition off (didn't stop and then come back on as you
described). This resulted in draining the battery. Mechanic replaced a part
(sorry don't remember which one) and the problem went away. Hope this helps.
