I talked to Ned about this and he highly recomends the Schrick 276.  It is a 
little more aggressive than the 272 and well worth it.  The problem is it is 
not imported into the US so you have to find someone to import it.

In the interest of making my 4000 more like a rally car, I'm looking
into changing to a more extreme cam.  What size is the stock 4000CS Q
cam and has anyone done a similar change, what size should I look into.
Also, has anybody looked into putting lower gears into a 4000CS Q?  What
are the stock ratios?
