'85 4KQ - Need a few things

Am in need of the following things for my 4KQ:

Left headlight -- rock caused the demise of my current one.....

Little black splined rod in the sunroof openenr mech -- it's the one that you
disengage to manually open/close roof; mine broke after it started jumping out
spontaneously.......
