Boston Get-together, something stupid

 So I'm on my way to the Boston area Q-list get together last night, and I'm
about 100 yards from the bar where we are meeting. Suddenly, a cop pulls me
over! What the...?

Well, it turns out, in Massachusetts you actually have to REGISTER your car!
Can you believe it! Just because my registration was 4 months expired, he
towed it. Some nerve. I guess I'll do that today.
