New list member / door-trim

Hi all,

I'm Roger, a new-owner of an old-audi, a 4kS, '86.
I'm new to this list, but am on quite a few motorcycle ones.
Anyway, one obvious cosmetic defect my 'new' 4k has are the
(both) broad black front door trim (rub strip?) pieces, or
whatever they're called.  Both appear to have come loose
near the front, and then have been bent back.  The rear 80%
of them are fine.  What the experience with replacing these
pieces?  Are new ones still available?  What about used ones?
If used, then can they be readily swapped, or do they end up
bent and creased in the process.  Any source or installation
tips?   Thanks in advance for any help.  You'll probably hear
more of me than desireable, at least till I get this thing 
sorted out.  (Next up, shocks and making the power windows
go up and down)  Yes, I've started reading the FAQ  :)
