Alex,
You have the numbers backward. That is, the Jamex springs lower the car
40mm in front and 35 mm in the rear. I just ordered a set. These are
coming from Holland, so it will be at least Oct. 31 before they arrive.
We did some measuring with a STEADI suspension equiped car and my stock '87
5ktqw side by side. The lowered car was about 1.5" lower than mine in the
front and less than an inch lower than mine in the rear. I plan to use a
spacer ring in the back to mimic the stock slant.
I look at it this way: I've spent way more than $114 (springs plus shipping)
experimenting in the past. I'll try the Jamex springs, and if I don't like
it, someone on this list will get a good deal or some slightly used springs!
