Now, wait a minute. The hollow headrests (i.e., restraints) may be an Audi
"signature", but was Audi the originator of that? Seems I recall from my
Saab days that the Scandahoovians came out with that feature possibly as
early as the 1969 or '70 model 96, or in '70 on the first Saab 99. Hmmm?

BTW, did Audi ever plug the hollow head restraints with little removable
pillow inserts, like in the Saabs? I suspect they're available from AoA as
an option at $900/pillow ;-)
