However, in making the following statement, he adds a layer of untruth to the
Hoppen "mythology":

It just ain't so.  Mr. Hoppen simply did not have this position, the
responsibility or the authority that it implies.  I don't intend to argue the
merits of Hoppen's products or services, but this particular bit of
misinformation should not be woven into the "legend."
