If you didn't do it when installing, you might try it now - place a
generous layer of anti-squeal compound between the pad backing plate and
the piston (the caliper on the outer pad.) It often works on regular
pads. You might want to make sure the stuff sets up nicely before
placing any force on the brake pedal to maek sure the pad is bonded to
the caliper/piston. Further, this may not work on those expensive
exotic pads anyway, but it's worth a try.
