9390cs chirping...

have a 93 90cs that chirps when shifting into 4thspeed (automatic, of
course). Have called AoA with no success. Any ideas?

1. does it all the time (cold/warm)
2. cannot be heard over engine when under hard acceleration
3. can be heard with windows up
4. comes from transmission area
5. have taken to dealer, no success
6. have had chirp since bought in
