S4 wheels on 5KTQ

Does anyone know if 1994 S4 wheels w/ 245/45/zr16 tires will fit on my 5KTQ?  
I know that the bolt pattern will match, I am concerned about the tie-rod 
knuckle on the inside fronts and the fenders in the rear.
