UrQ low boost problems

Well, first of all it's _second_ gear and feather the brakes on a WR engine, 
not fourth or fifth.  The engine should be at 5000rpm, throttle fully open.  No 
more than ten seconds, mind.  I assume the throttle cable's tight.
 
Secondly - lots and lots will know what I'm going to say next - the _first_ 
thing to check in low boost analysis is the physical state of the turbo.  Pull 
the turbo --> intercooler hose at the intercooler and and have a grope inside.
