RE: Out of ballance tire
Chris, I had all four wheel bearings replaced to just find that the
problem (_excessive_ noise and vibration) was caused by tires. If you
suspect that only one tire is faulty, replace it with the compact spare
wheel and test drive the car (the compact spare wheel is generating
almost no noise). This is how I rectified the problem (the dealer
already wanted to replace the 2 months old bearing again !!!)
