Bleeding brakes...

I have two questions:

1) does anyone know if the brakes have to be presure bleed on a 4000cs quattro?

2) Does any one know of a kick as* alinment for the same.  I want to get
into auto cross, and want the car set up better for racing.  I don't live
were in snows, and only drive to the snow to ski, so handeling in the snow
doesn't matter.  Besides, it's a quattro, it's gotta handle better in the
snow than my golf, even when it's handleing bad.  

If anyone can help, that would be great.
