Beloit, WI sighting of nice black 5k

Spotted a gorgeous black 5k or early 200(no flared fenders),
 Wisconsin plates, JLP-742 I think.
A lister?
Looked like father/daughter pair in car, but it was raining heavily and I
was on a bike :(
