RE: head restraints
There's plastic ring where the headrest rails (?please excuse my so
frequent inadequate use of English technical terms :-) enter the seat.
It hides a metal fastener. Push both sides of the pastener with two
srewdrivers while pulling the headrest upwards. I know, it seems like
you need to have three hands in order to do this :-) Somehow I was able
to do this, though :-)
