Brake Pressure Reservoir - ur-quattro

No - _NOT_ the simple spherical bomb fitted to the ur-quattros shipped to the 
USA.

I'm trying to find an equivalent to Audi # 893 612 061A, as fitted to the later
ur-quattros with the tandem pump.  Audi (UK) want GBP371 (damn near 600 bucks) 
for one, and they seem to be the only source of supply.

Does anyone know who made this item, and what their order code is?  It's bound 
to have been used in later vehicles shipped to the USA ...
